After ‘grab them by the pussy’ (Trump) and ‘now I’m a famous man’ (Harvey Weinstein), I got mad. But now, I want us to get even. How do we do that? By going for those top jobs, asking for promotion, showing our best qualities, all the great things women have to offer. I honestly believe that if we have an equal amount of women in powerful position, shit like that would not be happening! More companies need to be run by women like you.

That is why I started BrandedU. To help ambitious women make themselves more visible so that other women know it is possible and they have a chance too.

Over the past year I have helped women who run companies, and women who want more responsibility. For some reason all of these women with ambition want to use their ambition to do something good. That felt good. My ambition is to help those kind of women.

And I will keep on going until we have equality in the workforce.
