Moving On Up

‘’Cause I’m movin’ on up, you’re movin’ on out
Movin’ on up, nothin’ can stop me
Movin’ on up, you’re movin’ on out
Time to break free, nothin’ can stop me, yeah’

OMG, this song was a huge hit back in 1993 and was by this British band called M People.
I had to think of this song because of the feedback that we have been receiving from ladies who attended the high tea.

What I love about the feedback is that all the ladies were looking for ways to move up in their careers. And let me tell you, nothing makes me happier than that. I mean, that is why I started BrandedU: to help women move up the career ladder.

That is why our slogan is: built to increase the visibility of women in business.
That is also why I devised my free online course: Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.

This free course is all about helping you move up! I believe that you can move up. You just have to believe it yourself. That is the number one rule when it comes to personal branding. Identity is part of a belief.

So how do you change your belief system, so you can move up?
• Awareness: become aware of the different parts that make up your beliefs.
• Let go: release the emotions held in those beliefs.
• Replace: change your perspective, so you can see that it is not the truth. It’s just a belief.

There is only one belief you should know: you are of value. The value you bring can help others. I think we are all here to help. No matter what your purpose is, it all leads to helping another person.

I hope you get what I am saying.

Helping people makes me happy. If I can share my knowledge, I hope that I can at least help one woman step up the career ladder.

So next Tuesday the 3rd of July I will be holding a free personal branding masterclassbecause I am here to help. It is so important that you realize personal branding is not a self promotion campaign but a leadership tool. How? You become more aware of who you are and how you can be of value. And that is what true leaders do. They are aware of the value to their communities.

That is why I was really happy to hear the new mayor of Amsterdam will be a woman: Femke Halsema. We need more female leadership.

If you are ready to find out who you are, what qualities you have and how you can add value to the people you work with, join this free masterclass on Tuesday. If you can’t make it you can follow my free course online here.

Get started now.
Don’t delay.
Step up your game and move on up!

XOXO,

Nancy
