SUMMARY:AmplifyHER 2026
DESCRIPTION:17 November 2026 \n\n\n\n12:00 – 19:00 \n\n\n\nHotel Okura Amsterdam \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNavigate to \n\n\n\nWhat is AmplifyHER?\n\nProgram\n\nWhy attend\n\nWho should attend\n\nSpeakers\n\nAftermovies\n\nFAQ\n\n\n\nGet tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFind your people.Amplify your voice.Rise together. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat is AmplifyHER?\n\n\n\nAmplifyHER is more than a conference\, it’s a community. A community of women professionals who are ready to claim their seat at the top and bring others with them. \n\n\n\nThis year we’re putting community at the heart of everything. Because as the saying goes “if you want to go fast\, go alone. If you want to go far\, go together.” \n\n\n\nWe believe the secret to a successful career is finding your people. The ones who have your back. The ones who challenge you when you need it\, champion you when you doubt yourself\, and keep you anchored to who you truly are.  \n\n\n\nThe most powerful thing a woman can do for her career is build her community and then keep paying it forward. Be the reason another woman feels seen\, heard\, and valued. Because to get\, you have to give. And to rise\, you have to be willing to reach back and bring others with you. \n\n\n\nAnd now is the moment to step forward\, raise your voice and inspire the next generation of women professionals to see themselves as the leaders they already are. \n\n\n\nBecause women are good for business. And the business world is better with more women leading it. \n\n\n\nGet your ticket\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn 2026 we’re putting community at the heart of everything\, because the journey to success is more fun when you can share it and take more people along with you. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAmplifying Women’s Leadershipand Visibility in Business \n\n\n\n\n\nToo many talented women are the best-kept secret in their industry. They do extraordinary work\, lead with impact and yet they don’t get the recognition. AmplifyHER exists to change that.We create a space where women professionals come together to discover how to be heard and seen in business authentically and then go out and do exactly that. Through powerful keynotes\, honest conversations and a community that genuinely has your back\, we help women turn their impact into influential leadership. The world is ready for you to lead and you don’t have to do it alone. \n\n\n\nBuy a ticket\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho is speaking\n\n\nWho is SPEAKING\n\n\n\nAll speakers will be announced soon. \n\n\n\n\n\nYour host \n\n\n\nNancy PoleonFounder BrandedU \n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers 2026Previous speakers\n\n\n\nDanoutha KiminDE&I Expert\, Moderator and speaker at ABN AMRO \n\n\n\n\n\nFloor KloostermanProgram Coordinator and WVA-winner of ‘The One Who Broke The Rules’ at BAM Netherlands \n\n\n\n\n\nHelen Hüpscher-BakkerChief Pilot at KLM \n\n\n\n\n\nHimesh KatechiaHead of IT Business Partnering in BAM UK&I \n\n\n\n\n\nIris van der Zwet KreuknietCommercial Director\, at Mastermate \n\n\n\n\n\nJade HaayenFounder Capibaira \n\n\n\n\n\nJeroen van der VaartDirector Group Security & Resilience\, Booking.com \n\n\n\n\n\nJeremy MumfordIT Director\, BAM Netherlands & member of the FEM@BAM Network \n\n\n\n\n\nNazha RustomChief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at De Nederlansche Bank \n\n\n\n\n\nNeda NiazianDirector Strategy & Operations at Booking.com \n\n\n\n\n\nNicole BottgerLead Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion at ABN AMRO \n\n\n\n\n\nNicole LooksPartner\, Baker McKenzie Amsterdam \n\n\n\n\n\nNirmala ChaturiVice President EMEA\, Managing Partners at Workday \n\n\n\n\n\nNoraly SoeditoManaging Director at ABN AMRO \n\n\n\n\n\nMarco MoersSponsor Manager at ABN AMRO \n\n\n\n\n\nMichael Kembel Director Antaurus Capital Management \n\n\n\n\n\nPieterjan MarcusContractor at BAM \n\n\n\n\n\nSandra van MeerDirector Strategy People & Culture at Vebego Groep \n\n\n\n\n\nYomi van der VeenDirector Bureau Clara Wichmann \n\n\n\n\n\nMore speakers to be announced \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAartie HoeblalManaging Director\, Head of Credit Portfolio Management\, ABN AMRO \n\n\n\nAbigail NorvillePlaatsvervangend secretaris-generaal bij Ministerie van Volksgezondheid\, Welzijn en Sport \n\n\n\nAlain VisserCEO at Lynk & Co International \n\n\n\nAlex RichardsUK&I IT & Digital Construction Director at BAM \n\n\n\nAmanda MacRaeSomatic Coach. Real and lasting change happens when organizations actively seek out the right partners and build something together that’s rooted in their DNA. \n\n\n\nIn this hands-on 50-minute workshop\, open to anyone working toward systemic change\, because lasting change takes more than one seat at the table\, you’ll explore how to identify the right partners for your mission and what makes a collaboration genuinely stick. You’ll leave with a practical framework for mapping potential partners and a first step you can take toward building the kind of persistent\, systemic change no single organization can create alone. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\n\nNicole Bottger \n\n\n\nLead Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion \n\n\n\n\n\nMarco Moers \n\n\n\nSponsormanager \n\n\n\n\n\nDanoutha Kimin \n\n\n\nDE&I Expert\, Moderator and speaker \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat if… you built a community based on kindness\n\n\n\nKindness is often dismissed as something small. We believe it’s one of the most underrated forces we have. Join us for a session on the science\, practice and experience of kindness. We will explain what happens in your brain when being kind or receiving an act of kindness. What science says about the value of kindness within a business. And how small acts can create a ripple effect far beyond what we see. And yes\, you might even get some experience during the workshop.Six minutes. No theory. No PowerPoint. Just a simple exercise that reminds us what happens when people genuinely see one another. You might leave with more than inspiration. You might leave wanting to be part of our Movement of Kindness. Join the community. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\n\nSandra van Meer \n\n\n\nDirector Strategy People & Culture \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat if… you built a maverick community?\n\n\n\nThe men who most need this conversation aren’t at AmplifyHER yet. So how do you get them involved? Why do most invitations to “join the gender conversation” get politely declined and what makes a man actually say yes? \n\n\n\nIn this hands-on 50-minute workshop open to men and women\, because growing this movement takes both : you’ll learn how to build your own Maverick community at work\, discover what makes men want to join (no big budget required) and leave with a practical step-by-step guide to get them involved. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re a woman ready to bring more men into the conversation or a man ready to bring your colleagues\, you’ll walk out with everything you need to grow this movement\, one man at a time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\n\nFloor Kloosterman \n\n\n\nProgram Coordinator and WVA-winner of ‘The One Who Broke The Rules’ \n\n\n\n\n\nPieterjan Marcus \n\n\n\nContractor \n\n\n\n\n\nBethany Deeley \n\n\n\nHead of Digitial Engineering & Visualisation and Chair of the Gender Action Network\, UK&I \n\n\n\n\n\nHimesh Katechia \n\n\n\nHead of IT Business Partnering  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat if… an online community isn’t something you build\, but something you create the conditions for?\n\n\n\nIn this energising and interactive workshop\, Neda Niazian (Women’s Visibility Award winner and strategic transformation tech leader) introduces RELISH: a practical framework for creating communities where people feel connected\, valued and motivated to contribute. \n\n\n\nGrounded in psychology and neuroscience\, and shaped through collaboration with academic experts\, RELISH helps you understand the human needs that turn a group of people into a real community. \n\n\n\nTogether\, we’ll explore how to: \n\n\n\n\nmove beyond networking towards meaningful relationships;\n\n\n\ncreate belonging\, trust and psychological safety;\n\n\n\ncreate a community that continues to thrive beyond your own involvement.\n\n\n\n\nCome ready to connect\, contribute and build the kind of community that helps more people feelseen\, heard and empowered to rise. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\n\nNeda Niazian \n\n\n\nDirector Strategy & Operations \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy attend\n\n\nFind your people \n\n\n\nConnect with a community of ambitious women and men who get it\, get you and are ready to grow alongside you. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAmplify your voice \n\n\n\nGain the tools\, confidence and visibility strategies to be heard in every room you walk into. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRise together \n\n\n\nLeave with a clear path forward\, a stronger network and the momentum to reach the next level of your career. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMore than an event \n\n\n\nIt is more than just an event. Talented women took the stage dancing to their music and shared their stories with great flair and passion\, about how they grew up\, the challenges they faced\, and how they got to where they are now.My key takeaways: be your authentic self and overcome your own thoughts\, that’s where it starts. Choose yourself and find your own working and leadership style. And be visible! Show what you do and for that\, we really need the help of our allies\, our mavericks. Because real change is still needed to ensure women receive equal opportunities and equal pay in the workplace.I’m proud that Eneco is giving this topic attention\, through our Women@Eneco community and the activities we’re able to organize. Thanks to Nancy Poleon and Kaai for the very professionally organized event and the special tailor-made BrandedU|Kaai laptop sleeves we received\, a great reminder of our goals. \n\n\n\nEsther Spaans (Eneco) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStill feeling energized by the wonderful stories of empowered women leading with authenticity. ✨These stories reminded me that leadership rooted in care\, curiosity\, courage – or whatever resonates most with YOU- not only drives impact but also creates true fulfillment.A big thank you to BrandedU for curating such a unique space to celebrate #authenticity and #amplify female leadership. It was a privilege to be part of a community where women are uplifted\, and to have shared this experience with my amazing colleagues at Invest International. \n\n\n\nHarlee Richards (Invest International) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIt’s hard to put into words how much this event had an impact on me. I’m so grateful I had an opportunity to attend #AmplifyHer by BrandedU. Thank you for the invite Mirjam Schuele @karllagerfeld.I had so many takeaways but to mention a few: \n\n\n\n\nLeadership is not a role\, it’s a relationship.\n\n\n\nStrength is in soft power.\n\n\n\nThe more you give\, the more you get- pay it forward.\n\n\n\nGet to know your super power.\n\n\n\nThere is a difference between mentorship and sponsorship. You need both.Hearing so many women share their inspiring journeys/experiences\, not only left me motivated\, enlightened and encouraged… it made me feel UNSTOPPABLE! 💥 and to top it off we got a lovely gift from Kaai and BrandedU 🎁\n\n\n\n\nChantel Prinsloo (Karl Lagerfeld) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn my career\, I have been in rooms and teams where I was the only woman. We all know it can be a challenging situation sometimes. That’s why I wanted to join this event at the beginning. This AmplifyHER event organised by Nancy Poleon from BrandedU is really fun and inspiring. I’m so glad that I got a chance to participate and listen to amazing and strong people who stand for gender equality and carving their own path\, both women and men. \n\n\n\nThawan Jeerathanasit \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWow! SUMMARY:MAVERICKS
DESCRIPTION:Summit\n\n\nMAVERICKS\n\n\n\nmen as advocates for women’s visibility!\n\n\n\nApril 13\, 2026 \n\n\n\n14:00-18:00Adyen Amsterdam \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nGet your tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe only “Manel” you should join this year \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat’s a Manel?\n\n\n\nIt refers to all-male panels and is used to highlight the exclusion of women as subject-matter experts. But we’re flipping the script! On April 13th\, we’re putting only male allies and advocates on stage to share how they’re showing up for women and what other men can do to actually move the needle. \n\n\n\nWhy men need to be part of this conversation\n\n\n\nThe reality is that men hold the majority of leadership positions. Which means they hold the power to change things. Without men actively participating in gender inclusion\, we’re saying gender diversity is a women’s issue. It’s not. It’s everyone’s issue. And the data backs it up. Research by BCG shows that when men don’t participate in gender equity efforts\, progress sits at 30%. \n\n\n\nWhen men do participate? Progress jumps to 96%\, so three times higher. Men also act as role models and influencers for other men. They can shift behaviors\, challenge norms and open doors that have been closed for far too long. \n\n\n\nIf we want 50/50 representation\, and we should\, we need to get there together. \n\n\n\nWhat we’re going to be talking about\n\n\n\nWe’re gonna have honest conversations about what advocacy actually looks like: \n\n\n\n\nLeveraging your privilege\n\n\n\nUse your access and influence to open doors for women.\n\n\n\nCreating safe spaces to be authentic\n\n\n\nHold yourself accountable to build truly inclusive environments.\n\n\n\nBreaking the rules (especially if they don’t work for women)\n\n\n\nUse your position as a gatekeeper to change or better yet\, break the systems that hold women back.\n\n\n\nPracticing curiosity\, not assuming things are they way they are\n\n\n\nAsk questions. Even the uncomfortable ones.\n\n\n\nShowing respect & emotion\n\n\n\nBe the one who leads with humanity\, not just authority.\n\n\n\n\nWho should come\n\n\n\nThis event is for pairs\, one man and one woman\, who are serious about closing the gender gap in leadership. This event is for people who believe progress happens when we work together\, not in silos and are looking for practical tools and real life stories to inspire them \n\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect\n\n\n\n\nAn energizing afternoon filled with panel discussions\, storytelling and presentations by men who are currently advocates for women in the workplace.\n\n\n\nActive participation with plenty of Q&A moments\, breakout rooms and exercises to get the real conversation going.\n\n\n\nA great networking opportunity to connect with likeminded businessmen and women that are working for an equal workforce\n\n\n\nDrinks and snacks to continue the conversations off stage\n\n\n\n The most gender balanced audience you’ve ever seen.\n\n\n\n\n\nGot a question we can’t miss? Send your suggestion here (info@brandedu.nl) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor the male advocate\n\n\n\nYou want to move beyond performative allyship and use your influence to actually open doors for women. You’re tired of watching talented women get overlooked and you’re ready to challenge the systems that keep them there\, even if it means breaking some rules. You’re willing to have uncomfortable conversations and show up publicly for this cause. \n\n\n\n\nYou know your privilege is only valuable if you use it to make room for others. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor the woman building her career\n\n\n\nYou’re ambitious\, talented\, and exhausted from being the only voice pushing for change. You’ve spent years navigating systems that weren’t built for you\, and you’re tired of fighting alone. You want to work in an environment where male leaders actually get it\, where they don’t just nod along but actively advocate for you and other women. You’re looking for examples of what real male allyship looks like\, and you want to bring a male colleague or leader who’s ready to step up alongside you. \n\n\n\n\nYou’re here because you deserve allies who show up\, not just speak up. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nGet your tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\n\nYour host \n\n\n\nNancy PoleonFounder BrandedU \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAmir AttariTechnology Delivery Lead at Accenture \n\n\n\n\n\nBas RapatiChief Analytics Officer at Van Lanschot Kempen \n\n\n\n\n\nIain DuncanDirector of Engineering\, Software at Booking.com \n\n\n\n\n\nJasper KlapwijkManager Business Development & Health Lead at Invest International \n\n\n\n\n\nJeffrey Liong A KongPassenger Service Lead at KLM \n\n\n\n\n\nSjoerd KueterGlobal HR Director – People and Organisational Development at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can only come in pairs\n\n\n\nWe practice what we preach: we want 50/50 representation in the room too.
