That’s why the day before International Women’s Day we’re inviting you to join us in paying it forward to the next generation.
We’re asking you to share what you needed to hear at the start of your career. What advice would you have given your 24 year old self?
“Because you can’t be what you don’t see” – I am calling on the BrandedU sisterhood to come together and amplify our voices. Will you join the chorus that lifts other women up, and gives them their rightful seats at the table?
Our stories are not visible enough, let’s change that!
By sharing your stories, we hope to inspire even more women to become leaders. Without other women to look up to, many women are self-selecting themselves out of a leadership career path before they even really give it a chance.
We need to expose women to a diverse set of role models as consistently as possible.

By sharing my story I want to help women shape their own authentic path and become the business leaders the world needs. My biggest lesson learned happened when I was 29 years old. I was working at a record label and quickly realized how important building relationships was. I saw colleagues getting job offers and promotions simple because they were on the radar of some people. I needed to get on the radar too!
It wasn’t enough just to be good at my job, I had to be seen by the right people. So that’s what I want every single ambitious woman to know. And I’m inviting you to also share what you needed to know early on in your career!
