As the COVID-19 pandemic wears on, we keep seeing reports that women are working double time at work and at home, yet are somehow losing their jobs (ReadĀ thisĀ soberingĀ IMF report about how COVID-19 is disproportionately affecting women and their economic status). Itā€™s not all gloom and doom, however, as the world is also seeing up close what happens when women are in charge (read about the impact of Jacinda, Angela and othersĀ here).

We are half the population, doing twice the work. Somethingā€™s got to give.

DuringĀ the pandemic, we launched the fast-track personal brandingĀ e-course,Ā Harder,Ā Better, Faster, Stronger. This course is all about giving women the confidence to be seen. Itā€™s one of the ways we are working towards our mission of getting more women to the top. Because of Covid-19 we had to cancel the AmplifyHER event in November 2020. This event was all about making sure womenā€™s voices are heard and about creating a tool for companies to find talented women easier. Because one of the most asked questions still is: Where are all the women? So when the crisis hit and we finished the e-course we kept thinking about this question. Thatā€™s when The Visibility Project was created.

The Visibility Project is a campaign to help 20,000 women rise, become visible and accelerate their careers in 2021 and beyond. What this means is: We let women who follow the personal branding e-course Harder Better faster Stronger enter a database. This will become a platform where future female leaders who have the confidence to be seen are easily found. It will be a resource pool where companies can find ambitious career women.

Because you canā€™t be what you donā€™t see ā€“ we are calling on women and our male allies to come together and amplify our voices.Ā Will you join the chorus that lifts other women up, and gives them their rightful seats at the table?

    THE VISIBILITY PROJECT

    We are inviting more women to step into the spotlight. Because this is the pain point: companies are struggling to find the women who have the confidence to be leaders. BrandedU is the institute that teaches women to have the confidence to see themselves as leaders.

    Thatā€™s why we started the Visibility Project. Itā€™s a platform for future female leaders to be easily found. So, when people ask, ā€œwhere are all the womenā€, we have the answer. And we are giving these women personal branding tools because these tools will help them move forward and create their own successful career path.

    The 20.000 women visibility project is the pool of women that businesses can pull talent from in the near future.Ā 

    There are so many talented women in the business community who are experts in their field, leaders of businesses and who have something to say. And we want to make sure that they are being heard!
