The AmplifyHER women’s visibility conference is about providing women professionals an environment where they can gain knowledge on leadership, professional development and issues important to women in today’s workforce.
We look to inspire women to take on leadership roles in their careers by showcasing real life professionals who want to share their most valuable lessons learned. The conference is designed to offer attendees incredible opportunities for personal exploration and business networking. This is achieved by highlighting and amplifying the impact of the work women professionals do, so more women are ready to take action and turn this impact into influential leadership.
Join us if you want to experience powerful and inspirational presentations from female and male leaders, uncover new leadership practices and learn about becoming more visible in the workplace in an authentic way.
It’s about transforming knowledge into perspective. Women need to understand that their perspective is a source of value that businesses need today to build enduring companies. Visibility is the tool that amplifies that. High potential women need to be visible and heard. Our goal is to increase the visibility of women in business by growing their leadership capabilities and influence at work. Because we believe in a gender gap-free workplace, where there is equal women’s representation in executive leadership and pipeline. By amplifying women’s contributions and perspectives at work, we are changing the narrative to make women more visible. This will give women an equal chance of becoming leaders.
