AmplifyHER 2026

What is AmplifyHER?

AmplifyHER is more than a conference, it’s a community. A community of women professionals who are ready to claim their seat at the top and bring others with them.

This year we’re putting community at the heart of everything. Because as the saying goes “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

We believe the secret to a successful career is finding your people. The ones who have your back. The ones who challenge you when you need it, champion you when you doubt yourself, and keep you anchored to who you truly are.

The most powerful thing a woman can do for her career is build her community and then keep paying it forward. Be the reason another woman feels seen, heard, and valued. Because to get, you have to give. And to rise, you have to be willing to reach back and bring others with you.

And now is the moment to step forward, raise your voice and inspire the next generation of women professionals to see themselves as the leaders they already are.

Because women are good for business. And the business world is better with more women leading it.

Amplifying Women’s Leadership
and Visibility in Business

Too many talented women are the best-kept secret in their industry. They do extraordinary work, lead with impact and yet they don’t get the recognition. AmplifyHER exists to change that.

We create a space where women professionals come together to discover how to be heard and seen in business authentically and then go out and do exactly that. Through powerful keynotes, honest conversations and a community that genuinely has your back, we help women turn their impact into influential leadership. The world is ready for you to lead and you don’t have to do it alone.

Expect powerful keynotes, interactive breakout sessions where you can learn from each other, meaningful networking because you are grouped with your peopled food and drinks throughout.

Every session is designed to move you closer to your community, closer to your voice and closer to the top.

Whether you’re just starting your leadership journey or you’re already in the room and want to go further you should know that you belong here.
