Welcome to the Visibility Runway Package 2026!

This unique program is designed to accelerate the growth and visibility of women across various organisations and you’re now part of it. Your journey starts this summer and builds towards 2027.

Why we’re doing it

BrandedU is on a mission to close the visibility gap and teach future female leaders how to be seen and heard. For too long, some of the most talented women in the workplace have been the best-kept secret in the building. Your hard work and knowledge is nothing if it is not visible. The Visibility Runway was created to change that and your participation means it’s your turn to step forward. We designed this to get you to understand what visibility means and also hand you the tools to start working on your own visibility within your company.

  • The book How to Break the Rules — learn how to navigate and challenge unwritten workplace rules
  • The Personal Branding E-Course — learn how to build your visibility, own your story and show up with confidence. Instructions on how to access the e-course can be found here

October 14th, 2026 12:00PM – Visibility Runway Introduction

  • A one hour online introduction session by Nancy Poleon where you will meet the other Visibility Runway participants
  • You will learn about the journey ahead and get to set the foundation for your visibility growth

November 17, 2026 – AmplifyHER at Hotel Okura Amsterdam

  • Join hundreds of ambitious women for a full day of inspiration, connection and growth
  • Walk in feeling confident, visible and ready to connect deeply with the BrandedU community

November 25th, 2026 12:00PM – Defining your next steps

  • An exclusive online one hour session to reflect on your experience
  • Reconnect with the Visibility Runway community
  • How to create your personal growth plan and define your next steps for 2027

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger was built so that you can accelerate your career by
becoming more visible.

Visibility at work is important for your professional advancement, if you matter so will your
hard work. By following this course you will increase your visibility and build a strong and
impactful Personal Brand. This course includes all the basics in Personal Branding and
tackles the most important question: What do you want to be known for?

About the course


The course consists of 4 steps and these all consist of a video and worksheets for you to fill in
with yourthoughts and ideas. It concludes with a podcast. Overall it will only take a few hours
to kickstart your PersonalBrand!

You have access to the course material for 1 year so you can follow it multiple times.

Yes, you can begin anytime and finish whenever you like. As long as it is within the 1 year access range

This varies per person, but you should count on anywhere between 1 and 2 hours per step.

All course videos and materials will be available online by accessing the course site.However, you will only be able to download the worksheets and podcast but you will not be able to download the videos. We recommend you downloading the worksheets, saving them and
