When you arrive, you’ll get a wristband in your pathway’s color, which makes it really easy to spot the people who chose the same one as you. Have a look around, find the others wearing your color, and you’ll have a ready-made community for the day, people who share your interests and will be right there with you in every workshop.

Gender equality in the workplace moves fastest when different parties, companies, government, education, media, pull in the same direction. Real and lasting change happens when organizations actively seek out the right partners and build something together that’s rooted in their DNA.
In this hands-on 50-minute workshop, open to anyone working toward systemic change, because lasting change takes more than one seat at the table, you’ll explore how to identify the right partners for your mission and what makes a collaboration genuinely stick. You’ll leave with a practical framework for mapping potential partners and a first step you can take toward building the kind of persistent, systemic change no single organization can create alone.

Kindness is often dismissed as something small. We believe it’s one of the most underrated forces we have. Join us for a session on the science, practice and experience of kindness. We will explain what happens in your brain when being kind or receiving an act of kindness. What science says about the value of kindness within a business. And how small acts can create a ripple effect far beyond what we see. And yes, you might even get some experience during the workshop.
