Remember Tupac?!

“We gotta make a change
It’s time for us as a people to start makin’ some changes
Let’s change the way we eat, let’s change the way we live
And let’s change the way we treat each other
You see the old way wasn’t working so it’s on us to do
What we gotta do, to survive”

Change is so hard. It’s hard to change yourself and impossible to change another person. But at least if you get tired of your old ways, or notice that they do not lead you to the results you crave for, you can start making changes. But the question is always… where to start?

The process of change starts in your head, you decide what you want to achieve in your career or life. You decide the end game. I love how Anthony Robbins talks about taking action. He basically means that even if it is the smallest thing you change, in a matter of time you will notice the difference.

This past Monday 10 women decided they wanted to make a change when they joined the e-course. Our BrandedU e-course Face to Face edition started with this question: why did you join this program?

I truly believe change is growth. And growth is happiness. Or like the famous poet Yeats said: “Happiness is neither virtue nor pleasure nor this thing nor that; but simply growth. We are happy when we are growing.” So like they say “the only thing that is constant is change” and there is no way to deny this.

That’s why I love switching it up with the speakers for the BrandedU seminars. Our next seminar is on the 21st of November and I am super happy to announce the speakers!
