If we women want to advance their careers we need to give them access to the right people. And building relationships with female mentors is a great way to boost their careers.

Female mentors who are experienced professionals support mentees by providing professional guidance, being great role models and giving the needed extra support. Not only does mentoring benefits mentees, it also brings value to the organization. For companies, mentoring programs help to grow and develop high-potential leaders.

What makes our mentorship program different?

1. We focus on inclusivity, having mentors from all different backgrounds, companies and cultures.
2. We make it easier for the women to meet by organizing a breakfast event on the 7th of April. During the event they’ll get to connect thanks to networking exercises, get inspired by talks by guest speakers and we will provide plenty of opportunity for meaningful conversations.
3. It’s industry based: During the breakfast participants will be divided in 3 groups: Tech, Finance and General Business. So they can connect with women in their fields, walking similar career paths.
4. It’s a cross-company program. Participants will mentor or be mentored by women from a different company thus having the opportunity to build an external network.

What can mentees expect?

• The mentor will meet them at least 3 times in 2025, once at the breakfast and 2 more times according to their agendas. Of course, if they hit it off they might be able to meet and connect more.
• The breakfast start with a 15 min personal branding talk by Nancy Poleon (founder of BrandedU) followed by a guest speakers/role models of the company hosting the breakfast.
• The breakfast will include a break out session of an hour with women from their industry.

What can mentors expect?

• Meet their peers and connect with like minded women from their industry at the breakfast.
• Improve their management and leadership skills. Mentorship is a 2-way road, mentors will also learn and expand their perspective thanks to their mentees.
