I believe I can fly

Hey!

Remember R Kelly? The singer who was afraid to fly (get on a plane) and yet wrote a song about flying (being able to do anything).

“If I can see it, then I can do it
If I just believe it, there’s nothing to itI believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away”

What I love about this song is that it is really about SELF LOVE. Believing in yourself. For me believing in myself started at an early age. Personally, I (as a child) always felt so much trust from my parents in me being able to do the things I wanted to do, that it resulted in me following my dreams. And following your dreams again is a result of believing you have value. You have something to add. Artists believe this. People who play sports at top level live by this. Their belief in themselves is what gets them through when things get really tough.

Believing is also about training your mind. Like Tony Robbins always says: “Where focus goes, energy flows”.

So today I arrived in Andalusia. And I have been visualizing an amazing week for months already. I want the women not only to get inspired by Renew Yourself Week but also to make the necessary changes by taking action.

So say it with me sweet {!firstname_fix}.
